Please join us in congratulating Kyle Edwards and family on the arrival of their beautiful baby boy, Camden Robert Edwards! Camden was born on May 7th and weighed 9lbs 2oz and was 21in long. Kyle is part of our fabrication department and currently serves in quality control.

We are so excited for this new chapter and can’t wait to watch their little crew grow. Wishing your family plenty of joy, good health, and just enough sleep to survive the diaper shift. 👶🍼

Today we celebrate a group of young men who showed up ready to learn, work hard, and grow through our Work Based Learning Program. 🎓🛠️

Watching these students gain confidence, develop skills, and become part of the Two State family has been something special. From the classroom to the jobsite, they’ve learned that success is built one day, one task, and one lesson at a time.

We are proud of everything they have accomplished and excited to see where their future takes them. The construction industry needs hardworking people with strong character, and this group has proven they have both.

This April we’re recognizing the birthdays that give us a chance to celebrate the people behind our team’s success. Our April birthday spotlight is Gage Howard. His dedication and steady approach make a difference on the job and were grateful to have him on the team.

Also, we want to recognize Joshua Harvey. Joshua had a birthday in March but due to a keying error in our database we had his birthday month wrong, and he wasn’t featured on last months post. He is a valued employee, and we don’t want to go without giving him his due recognition as well.
