This water heater was only one month old and had been installed by another plumber in an application where a direct-vent water heater was required. The heater would not stay lit, but that was only part of the problem.

The bigger concern was the improper installation and venting. A gas water heater that is not installed and vented correctly can create a serious carbon monoxide hazard and potentially put the lives of everyone in the home at risk.

Thankfully, the heater would not stay lit, which helped prevent the situation from becoming something much worse.

Next Level Plumbing was able to install the proper water heater for this application, correcting the venting and installation issues and, most importantly, providing the customer with the hot water she needed—safely and properly.

🚰 Main Water Service Line Replacement

This customer had a leak on their main water service line running underneath the concrete slab, from the meter to the home.

The traditional option would have been to cut up the concrete, locate the damaged line, make the repair, and then deal with the mess and cost of replacing the concrete.

With our new trenchless system, we were able to pull a completely new service line underneath the slab and make the necessary connections without cutting or removing any concrete.
