It's the details that turn a great space into something truly special!

We're making some beautiful progress on this enclosed porch, bringing together custom craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and functionality.

From shiplap walls and precision-cut corners to carefully notched finishes around the existing support logs, every detail is coming together. We've also added custom-wrapped window casings, beautiful window sills, and continuous shelving above the windows, creating extra space to display décor and personal touches while keeping the character of the porch.

This is the kind of craftsmanship we're proud to put our name on.

At Far Meadow Construction, we handle everything from custom finish carpentry and interior renovations to decks, additions, and larger construction projects. Big or small, we're committed to quality work that makes a difference.

Proudly serving Midcoast Maine.

There’s a lot happening on this project, and we’re proud to be working alongside Helping Hands (.hands.605368) to get it done.

Our work started outside with excavation, drainage, and grading to properly address the property and prepare it for what comes next. Now, we’re moving into the next phase, rebuilding a wall, installing new windows, and continuing with additional improvements.

Projects like this are a great example of what full-service really means at Far Meadow Construction. From excavation and site work to structural repairs, carpentry, windows, and finish work, our team can handle multiple parts of a project from start to finish.

We also love having the opportunity to partner with other local businesses. When local companies work together, we can bring the right people, equipment, and experience to a project while supporting one another and the communities we serve.

Thank you to Helping Hands for trusting us as a partner on this one. We’re looking forward to sharing more as the work continues!

Have a project that needs more than one type of contractor? Give Far Meadow Construction a call or send us a message. We’d be happy to take a look.

A new front step and landing can completely change the way a home looks and feels from the moment you walk up. This one features low-maintenance composite decking with a clean transition that meets the existing walkway seamlessly.

It’s a simple upgrade, but it’s the details that make it feel finished.

At Far Meadow Construction, no project is too small to deserve quality craftsmanship and careful attention to detail.

Have an entryway, set of steps, deck, or other project that could use an upgrade? Give us a call or send us a message. We’d be happy to take a look.

On this custom screened-in porch, the logs are being carefully blended and carved to create a clean, finished corner that feels like it has always belonged there.

That attention to detail matters to us. Whether we’re building something new, renovating an existing space, or tackling a smaller custom project, the goal is the same: quality work, thoughtful solutions, and a finished product you’re proud to call yours.

As we transition from the later days of summer into crisp fall evenings, this screened-in porch is going to be the perfect place to enjoy it all.

A little more progress, a lot more room to relax, and a space that will be just as beautiful in September as it is in August. We can’t wait to see this one finished!

Sometimes it's the little details that make the biggest difference.

A crisp paint line. Clean edges. Perfectly finished crown moulding.

Most people won't stop to think about how much precision goes into details like these, but they're what separate a good paint job from a great one. We believe every corner, every cut-in, and every finish should look just as good up close as it does from across the room.

It's all in the details.

If you're ready to freshen up your home, we'd love to help. From a single room to a full interior makeover, no project is too big or too small.
