Meet Josh, bringing 16 years of residential, commercial, and civil construction experience to the Flint Contracting team.

What Josh loves most is watching a project take shape, from an idea on paper to a finished structure. Solving problems, coordinating multiple trades, and meeting tight deadlines come with the territory. A bonus, since every project is different, no two days look the same.

Josh is happiest when he's with his family - cheering on his son at soccer and his daughter at dance. He's also outdoors whenever he can be, tackling projects at home, working in the yard, hunting, and fishing.

👉 Josh's advice for anyone building a home? Be ready to make a ton of decisions, and never be afraid to ask questions along the way. Building a home is usually the biggest investment most of us ever make, and he wants you to end up with exactly what you pictured.

Meet Robert, part of the crew that keeps every Flint Contracting project on track.

Each new home and each new customer brings something a little different, and that's exactly what Robert loves most about the job. Plus, getting to work in his own hometown and the surrounding communities makes it even better! It gives him the opportunity to help people he already knows and meet plenty he never would've crossed paths with otherwise.

When he's not working, you'll find him outdoors with his family and friends - teaching his kids to hunt and fish, making the kind of memories that stick with you.

👉 Robert's advice for anyone building a home? Come to the table with complete architectural or engineered plans before expecting construction to start. It's the difference between accurate, comparable bids and a project full of unexpected costs and delays.He'll also tell you there's a lot happening behind the scenes that customers never see - one crew's work sets up the next, and keeping everything in the right sequence is what keeps a project on time and on budget.
