🌧️ RAINY WEATHER & YOUR SERVICE — IMPORTANT INFO 🌧️

We’ve had a few questions about service during rainy weather and whether treatments still work, so we want to clear things up.

Our products are designed to work in normal outdoor conditions, including light rain, humidity, and moisture. Rain does NOT automatically cancel or “wash away” the effectiveness of a treatment once it has been properly applied.

However, timing does matter. Heavy rain during application or immediately after can reduce how well a product bonds and how long it lasts. Because of that, we always make adjustments when needed to make sure you’re getting the best possible results.

✔️ Light rain = service can still be completed safely
✔️ Heavy or steady rain at time of service = may be rescheduled or adjusted
✔️ Our priority is always quality and effectiveness, not rushing a job

We never apply services in conditions where we believe it would compromise results. That way, you’re not just getting service—you’re getting it done the right way.

📣 Important Update for New Customers

We are making a small update to our pricing structure for all new customers.

Starting immediately, all new customers will begin with an initial service visit fee of $25.99. This visit includes a full inspection and first treatment to properly establish service.

After the initial visit, customers may choose a service plan that fits their needs.

We offer monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly plans.

We also offer one time services.

Example:
Our standard monthly service for a typical home is $59.99 per month.
First visit: $25.99 initial service fee plus $59.99, collected at time of service.
Monthly service: $59.99 ongoing

There are no long-term contracts, and customers may cancel anytime after their first billing cycle.

We take these forms of payment:

Cash
Checks
Cash App (for convenience)

This structure helps us continue providing reliable, consistent service for both one-time and ongoing customers.

Good afternoon everyone! We hope everyone’s weekend was wonderful, but it’s time for us normal folks to get back to work. Due to an increase in customers in certain areas we are moving dates around, and trying to get customers in one area for certain days to help us better navigate our routes so we can work more efficiently. We are working at getting everyone in Thibodaux for the first week of the month, Houma the second week, Morgan City the third week, and so on and so forth. We understand this may not work for everyone, but we are a small company and only have one person running the routes at this point in time. As we grow we will be able to have more people working these routes for us so we will be able to be more flexible. We apologize for the delay in getting to everyone this month, but due to the excessive amount of rain we have had this month it has pushed us behind. We are trying to play catch up, and still battle the weather as it has been pretty unpredictable. We are a very small company and trying, thank you for your patience and understanding.

We can't thank Leatherhead Customs and PJ Shirts & Designs for not forgetting about the little guys! Every company starts out small and grows into something bigger and better. Sadly little guys just starting out have a hard time finding people to believe in them, or give them a chance. Well, we sincerely thank these two guys for making us feel BIG!
