Another large-scale project coming together. Our crew completed this 24,000-square-foot pre-engineered building for a local shipyard, including the main structure and attached work area.

Built for an industrial environment with large clear-span work space, oversized access openings, and plenty of room for heavy equipment and fabrication operations.

From the steel structure to the exterior skin and final details, this was a substantial project and one we’re proud to put the Cypres Construction name on.

We recently completed this custom timber boat shed and dock featuring a waterproof composite decking system as the main roof. Instead of a conventional roof, the system provides a durable, finished deck surface above while keeping the boat and lift protected below.

The project features heavy timber construction, a single boat lift, new dock decking, and a roof system designed to maximize usable waterfront space.

What began as a pile of reclaimed structural steel is now a completed agricultural storage facility built on helical piles and reinforced with extensive wind bracing to withstand South Louisiana conditions.

This repurposed steel building was relocated, re-engineered, and installed to provide dependable hay and equipment storage for years to come.

Progress on this repurposed ranch hay and equipment building. The structure is being elevated using helical pile foundations with welded steel column connections for strength and longevity.

At Holy Trinity Academy, we were brought in to install a covered walkway where space was extremely limited. No room for big equipment. No room for traditional foundations.

So we adapted.

We used helical piles to get the support we needed without tearing up the existing concrete or disrupting the surrounding structures.

Now they’ve got a clean, durable, covered walkway that will last for years to come.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to work on a project that serves students and staff daily—building something that protects and supports the community.
