SUCCESS STORY

Mildred has lived in her home for over 18 years! Her roof was losing shingles due to the Wyoming wind, and she worried about the cost of replacement. She found the Single Family Housing Repair program, which assisted her with the cost of the roof repair. Atlas Roofing and Wade Lippincott were gracious enough to donate decking for Mildred's new roof. She can now continue to live comfortably in her home with her son and dogs!

Atlas Roofing is a leading roofing contractor in the State of Wyoming and is looking for talented, team oriented, high quality, skilled personnel to join our team.
All applicants must be willing to learn and maintain a teachable attitude, possess general construction knowledge, be comfortable working from heights above 20’, be able to SAFELY perform daily tasks associated with roofing which include but are not limited to working from ladders, lifting 50lbs, operating power/pneumatic tools, hot air welding and lifting equipment, and be able to wear respiratory equipment if required. Hot air welding detailers are strongly encouraged to apply!
All applicants MUST possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be able to pass pre-employment drug screening. Work references are expected, and background checks will be performed.

Use of power and pneumatic tools, hot air welding, and lifting equipment
Clean and/or neat job sites at the end of each day
Working outdoors and on roofs... you'll climb a ladder nearly every day
Work with your crew to successful completion, on time and on budget
Utilize our technology and mobile communication
Roofing Foreman or Crew Member Skills & Experience

Crew Member

At least 3 years of construction experience
Capable of lifting 50 lbs
Comfortable with heights and slopes of varying degrees
Competent in Safety and Safety Regulations
Able to pass a drug test
Valid and clean driver's license
Foreman: all of the above PLUS

Experience and knowledge of all types of roofing, including Single Ply, Metal, Coatings, Shingle, PVC or TPO
Leadership experience (job site organization/keeping crews on task)
Conversational Spanish
Hot Air Welding experience
What We Offer

Competitive pay: $15-25/hour depending on experience
Signing bonus of $1000 after six months
An enjoyable experience with room to grow
