Inspections are invaluable. No two sites are ever the same. I did underestimate this one from pictures sent to me. Never judge a site by a picture. This client is lucky Im petite. Had I been a full size man we would be opening the roof or cutting out ceiling drywall. What turnout to be a 2 hour worksite could have easily been a multiple day worksite running in the upper $2000.
