Wide Open Marine is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our crew. We specialize in marine construction, waterfront improvements our work area is Mobile to Destin.

We are currently hiring:
• Equipment Operators
• Marine Carpenters

Job Responsibilities Will Include:
• Building docks, seawalls, boathouses, and other waterfront structures
• Carpentry, framing, and roofing work
• Operating heavy equipment on land and barges

What We’re Looking For:
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience operating equipment preferred
• Marine construction background is a plus
• Ability to travel to job sites when needed and available on weekends

What We Offer:
• Weekly pay
• Competitive hourly wages based on experience
• Opportunity for growth within the company
• Drug- and alcohol-free work environment

Pay Range:
$20–$25 per hour depending on experience.
