Haven’t felt that chill in a while 😎

✨ R-22 VIBES ONLY 💨 Big hair. Short shorts. Analog gauges. Freon flowing like nobody had ever heard the words phaseout or refrigerant transition 😂🫠We’ve been keeping North Texas cool since 1977, which means we didn’t just survive the ’80s…. We serviced them. 😎🔧

After way too many 100° days, I decided to see what would finally push these techs over the edge. Turns out it’s not the heat. It’s me taking their lunch. 😂💀

We’re proud to celebrate our very own Elaine Rosenthal, recognized by Living Magazine as one of their Leading Women of 2026! For 17 years, Elaine has poured her heart into Colony Air working in nearly every part of the business, helping lead our team through seasons of growth and change, and always keeping one thing at the center of it all: people. Her leadership is a reflection of what Colony Air has always stood for, work hard, do the right thing, take care of people, and never settle for average. ❤️💙 As the next generation of our family-owned company, Elaine is helping carry forward the legacy Larry and Kathy Everett began nearly 50 years ago while continuing to find new ways to make Colony Air better for our customers and our team.

We couldn’t be prouder to see her leadership recognized in our community. Congratulations, Elaine! Very well deserved. 👏

Was feeling all supported… until I said “Tim” and then lost the entire team 🙅🏻‍♂️😅

Sorry, Tim. We had to test the theory, and you officially won “Most Loved Employee” 🥇🥰
