Job's done — two PVC roof installs wrapping up in Dublin, OH! ✅

Tore off the old membrane roof systems down to the deck and installed brand new 60 mil fully adhered thermoplastic membrane roofing with all the flashing to match. Also handled wall panel modifications, EIFS repairs, and a few extra miscellaneous fixes along the way.

This is a photo of a roof replacement we completed here in Texas. Same building. Same sunlight. Two very different thermal responses.

White PVC reflects more solar energy, helping the roof stay cooler. Black EPDM absorbs more heat, creating noticeably higher surface temperatures—as this thermal image clearly shows.
