Freezing temps are coming—prepare your HVAC and plumbing to stay safe and avoid damage.

Quick tips:
• Change your furnace filter and keep vents clear
• Set your thermostat to a steady temp (65°F + recommended)
• Confirm emergency/aux heat is working
• Insulate exposed pipes, let faucets drip, and open sink cabinets
• Use space heaters safely (one per outlet, 3 ft clearance)
• Never use grills, ovens, or outdoor heaters indoors
• Check smoke & CO detector batteries

A little prep now can prevent big problems later.
