🔨 Another project making progress! 🔨

We got the frame work for this cover completed today! This one is 12’ x 24’, built with three 6x6 posts anchored securely into the concrete and a built up beam installed across the top for a strong, solid structure.

We installed joist hangers on both sides of the rafters and added lath every 30 inches on the top and bottom of the roof to get everything ready for the metal.

We’re just waiting on the metal to get finished up, and then we’ll be back to complete this one and put the finishing touches on it! 💪🏠

We’ve been staying busy here at Brewer Roofing & Construction, and we’re loving every minute of it! 💪🏠

Yesterday, we tackled a metal roof! We started by laying out the roof with 1x4s, securing everything directly into the rafters, and making sure we had a solid foundation to work from. We installed the drip edge and then got started putting on the metal roofing. Once the panels were on, we finished it off with all the necessary trim pieces and installed a brand new pipe boot. 🔨🏡

Today, we knocked out a smaller 21 square shingle roof! We tore everything down to the deck, installed new drip edge and synthetic felt, popped our lines, and got started laying down some sharp looking Onyx Black ARKs. We finished it up with all new turbines and a new hot pipe to give the roof a fresh, finished look. 🖤

🏠 40 SQUARE ROOF COMPLETED! 🏠

Another roof is done, and we’re loving the way this one turned out! 🔨

We tackled this 40 square roof by tearing everything off and replacing some of the woodwork where needed to make sure we had a solid foundation. We installed synthetic felt, along with ice & water shield throughout all the valleys and around the chimney for added protection against the elements.

We also installed brand new drip edge, pipe boots, and turbines, giving this roof the protection and finished look it needed. We wrapped it all up with Tinted Weather Wood architectural shingles for a clean, beautiful finish! 💪🏼

We did a 28 square roof today! 🏠🔥

We tore everything off, replaced some decking, and got everything prepped with new drip edge and synthetic felt. Then we went on with some Black ARKs for a clean, sharp finish!

Also installed brand new hot pipes, pipe boots, and turbines to make sure everything is sealed up and ventilated properly.

30 SQRS DONE TODAY! 🏠🔨

We started by tearing everything off and replacing all the bad wood to make sure this roof had a solid foundation. Then we installed new synthetic felt and drip edge before going with Onyx Black ARKs for the shingles.

Finished it off with all new pipe boots and vents to keep everything sealed up tight and looking great!

🏠 Siding Job Underway!

We started this siding job this morning and have been hanging Hardy siding! We started by installing Tyvek house wrap, then popped a level line around the house and began nailing everything up with a 1-inch overlap.

We’ve started caulking all the seams and edges to make sure everything is sealed up tight. We’ll be back tomorrow to keep knocking it out!

🏠 Another one done!

This was an easy 21-square job! We started bright and early at 6:00 AM and had it completely finished by 9:30 AM. 💪

We installed beautiful Estate Gray architectural shingles and got everything cleaned up and ready to go!

Got most of this job done today! 🏠🔨

We started on a new front and back porch, setting 4x4 posts and concreting them into the ground. We went with 2x6 floor joists, decking, and rafters, then added laths on top of the rafters and screwed everything down securely.

We installed drip edge and Max Rib metal, screwed into the laths, along with all the trim. We also added wall metal on the front and transition metal on the back.

We’ll be back tomorrow to finish up the rails and stairs and get this project wrapped up! 💪

Another roof done! 👏🏼

We knocked out this 8 square flat roof that had shingles on it and had been leaking for far too long. We tore everything off, installed self-adhered modified roofing, and reflashed the chimney to make sure everything was sealed up the right way. Now this roof is built to keep the water out and give the homeowner peace of mind!
