Today we tore off 40 square and got everything dried in with high quality synthetic felt. We also installed ice & water shield in all the valleys for added protection against leaks and weather damage.

We started putting on beautiful Moire Black architectural shingles and installed all new pipe boots and turbines. To give the roof a clean, finished look, we painted everything to match!

We started this 20-square new build today and got right to work. After popping lines and getting everything laid out straight, we installed beautiful Moire Black shingles to give this home a clean, sharp look.

We also installed new pipe boots and turbines to help ensure proper ventilation and long-lasting protection for the roof.

We just finished up a project featuring 30 squares of shingles and 10 sqr of metal on the porches. We tore everything off, replaced some damaged wood and fascia, then dried it in with synthetic felt for a solid foundation.

We upgraded the roof with Owens Corning Driftwood architectural shingles, giving it a clean, durable finish built to last.

On the porches, we installed laths secured directly into the rafters so the metal had a strong base to fasten to. We also completed wall flashing work and soffit repairs, making sure everything is sealed up tight and protected.

Another big one in the books! 💪🏠

We completed an 85-square roofing project, including the main house, guest house, and well shed. We tore everything off down to the decking and went back with high-quality synthetic felt for superior protection.

We also redid the chimney flashing to ensure a watertight seal and installed beautiful Driftwood architectural shingles. To top it all off, we added a vented ridge system to help improve attic ventilation and extend the life of the roof.

Today we got started on an 85-square roofing job. We tore everything off the main house, dried it in with high-quality synthetic felt, and got started installing beautiful State Gray architectural shingles.

Today we completed a 25-square roofing project. We tore everything off, repaired some damaged wood, and installed high-quality synthetic felt for added protection. We then upgraded the home with beautiful Onyx Black architectural shingles, giving it a clean, sharp look.

We also installed all new drip edge, pipe boots, and hot pipe flashings to make sure this roof is built to last and protected from the elements.

It’s Monday, and the crew is getting after it! 💪🏠

Today’s project was a 14-square single-wide trailer. We tore everything off and installed synthetic felt for added protection. After that, we put down 1x4 laths every 30 inches, securing them directly into the rafters with 3-inch screws to ensure a solid foundation.

Once everything was prepped, we installed the new metal roofing and fastened it down with ZXL screws. We finished the job off with all the trim and ridge work to give it a clean, professional look.

Another roof in the books! 💪🏠

Yesterday, we completed a 30-square roof along with 3 squares of flat roofing. We tore everything off down to the deck, installed synthetic underlayment for added protection, and went back with beautiful Onyx Black architectural shingles.

For the flat section, we installed a base and cap peel-and-stick system to ensure a durable, watertight finish. We also redid the chimney flashing, installed all new pipe boots, and replaced the hot pipes to make sure everything was sealed up and built to last.

No shortcuts—just quality work and attention to detail from start to finish!

Update on the standing seam job! We started by shipping the panels up, locking them in tight with a rubber mallet, and fastening everything down into 1x4 laths using pan head screws.

Today we got it almost completely wrapped up! We’ve just got some trim work and the ridge left to finish once the material comes in. Everything is coming together great and looking sharp!
