Altech was honored to complete the new St. Edward Outreach Center at 315 Beech Street in Texarkana.
The blessing ceremony marked a special moment as church staff, parishioners, volunteers, and members of the community gathered to see the completed building for the first time and bless the space before it begins serving the community.
What was once the 1,200-square-foot building known as the Blue House has now grown into a 2,400-square-foot outreach center designed to help provide daily meals for the homeless and those in need. Operated entirely by volunteers, the center serves approximately 200 meals each day.
Thank you to St. Edward Catholic Church and everyone involved in bringing this meaningful project to life. We are grateful to have played a part in building a space that will serve Texarkana for years to come.
The ceremony was led by Bishop Anthony Taylor, Fr. William Burmester, Dcn. Leon Pesek, Director of the Outreach Center, and Dcn. Greg Casteel.

Progress continues at the new Texas A&M University Texarkana Baseball and Softball Complex.
This video highlights the progression of earthwork completed between May 20, 2026, and June 25, 2026. Despite weather-related delays, our team has continued pushing the project forward and remains committed to delivering this facility on schedule.

Progress continues at Red River Army Depot as our team advances through a major facility rehabilitation and structural improvement project. With only one concrete pour remaining before foundation completion and structural work now approximately 40% complete, we’re steadily building momentum toward the next phase of construction.

From foundation work to structural upgrades, our crews remain focused on delivering quality craftsmanship, maintaining safety standards, and keeping the project moving forward on schedule.

Following up on our completed Westside Church addition, we're excited to share a closer look at the finished space.

These photos highlight both the interior and exterior of the new facility, including the kitchen, basketball courts, restrooms, storage areas, and open gathering space. Each area was designed and built to support the church's growing needs and provide a functional, welcoming environment for the congregation and community.
