Reminder from a Small Business Owner:
1) I am a two man operation- a Master Plumber, a helper and I also have someone to take my calls (M-F) so I can dedicate more hands on time to jobs.
2) We cannot work 24/7 - we work 50-60+ hours a week, in the heat, the rain, the snow, the ice…all of it.
3) I have a home, a wife and a life outside of my business and I too just like you, need a day off to recoup.
4) Not answering your call on a weekend or in the middle of the night does not mean I don’t want your business. It means I’m HUMAN. If I answer and work every call that comes through, I would never have a day off. Folks, that’s not realistic. So whether you call my phone or someone else’s, remind yourself of this!
5) I still service the Nashville, Ar. area (not sure where this confusion is coming from). While I no longer live in Nashville, I am in the area almost daily.
6)Lastly, to respond to “how expensive” plumbing work is… all the equipment, parts, insurance, etc. that I need to have to do the work costs money! I have more advanced equipment than a lot of your larger operations have in the 4States area. I have invested 20+ years of time, and money into my business. Plumbers can’t work “cheap” otherwise they would go broke and there wouldn’t be any! We have to cover the costs of the business.
It’s very disheartening to see the constant negativity of people who complain about plumbers not answering calls 24/7. The expectations are not realistic! Your smaller businesses cannot function without a day off!

Happy Anniversary!!!!

Today marks 20 years of delivering exceptional plumbing services to our valued customers. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to each and every one of you for your continued support. Without your loyalty, our business would not have been possible.

I would also like to extend my appreciation to our dedicated staff, including Susan Wright, whose friendly voice is often the first point of contact for our customers. Additionally, I am grateful to Matthew Lomashewich for his tireless efforts in supporting our operations. Your hard work and commitment are invaluable to our success.

Lastly, I would like to thank my wife, Cindy Beth, for her unwavering love, encouragement, and support over the past 12 years. Her presence has made a profound impact on my life.

To our valued customers, I was involved in a serious accident this past Thursday. I was stopped In traffic behind a school bus. The gentleman driving the Penske box truck fell asleep and rear ended me going full speed. Thank God, we are both ok and was able to walk away with only minor injuries. However, my truck & trailer were totaled. As well as some of the equipment I use daily. Despite my injuries, we worked all weekend trying to put together another truck, trailer and enough equipment to be able to maintain my business and continue to serve my customers. It’s been a slow, tedious process. At this time, I ask for your patience and prayers as I navigate this trial. I thank you for understanding. From my family to yours, we appreciate your support!
