Pals Electric began in 1979 with one service truck, one man, and a commitment to doing quality work. Mike Pals built the company one customer at a time, focusing on honest service and building relationships that would last for generations.

As the company grew, so did the team. Matt Pals joined the business, learned the trade from the ground up, and today proudly carries on the legacy his dad started more than 40 years ago.

While we’ve grown to nearly 50 employees and completed projects across Illinois and surrounding states, the values that built this company have never changed. We remain committed to putting our customers first, investing in our employees, communicating with integrity, and standing behind every job we do.

Our guiding principles of faith, family, trust, accountability, and community continue to shape who we are and how we serve.
