One of our very dedicated employees, Derek is working hard to close up and eliminate this window. Once that is finished, it should take 3/4 days to get this bathroom remodel done. Working hard on this 6 bedroom, 3 bath house to get all the painting finished this week and start on flooring next.

I can't wait to show the finished product on this one. This house was definitely a favorite. There's so many unique things about it that really stand out to me. Who ever buys it will be one lucky family!

Termite damage can be a lot worse than what you see on the surface. 🐜🔨

We opened up this project and found extensive termite damage hiding behind the walls and flooring. When damage like this is uncovered, covering it back up isn’t an option. The compromised material has to come out so everything can be repaired and rebuilt correctly.

It may look a little scary during demo, but this is exactly why proper repairs matter. We’d rather uncover the problem now and fix it right than leave a hidden issue for later.

Before and afters of this bathroom remodel, made specially for the teenagers of the house. When we came in there was an empty room with barely any drywall up. We turned it into something beautiful.
