Groundsman / Equipment Operator
💰 Pay: $25–$35 per hour (DOE)

We’re looking for a skilled, dependable Groundsman / Equipment Operator who enjoys hands-on outdoor work and operating heavy equipment. This is a great opportunity for long-term growth with a solid, supportive crew.
🔧 WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Operate skid steers, mini excavators, tractors & other equipment
• Load, transport & unload materials using trucks & trailers
• Assist with tree work operations & full job site cleanup
• Perform general labor (brush handling, lifting, dragging, cleanup)
• Conduct daily equipment checks & basic maintenance
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a team
✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Experience operating heavy equipment (required)
• Experience hauling & backing trailers (required)
• Valid driver’s license (clean record)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs & work outdoors in all conditions
• Reliable, punctual, safety-focused
• CDL is a plus (not required)
