Another excavation project wrapped up! 🚜

This property had an old retaining wall that was no longer needed, so we removed the existing wall and brought in fill to completely reshape and regrade the backyard.

The goal was to give the homeowners a clean slate and get the property ready for their future project.

Proud to have been a part of this incredible transformation from the ground up!

This project involved much more than moving dirt. Working alongside a great contractor, we were trusted with every phase of the site work after the home was lifted.

✅ Prepared the basement for new footings and foundation
✅ Installed new water service from the well through the new foundation
✅ Set concrete piers to support the porch
✅ Backfilled around the new foundation and tied in the septic system
✅ Returned for final grading and loam to leave the property ready for its next chapter
