When you don't pay attention is when life knocks you down four and a half years after purchasing my last w**d eater it started giving me low compression this past week. Exactly the same time frame as the first w**d eater in 2018, four and a half years was 2022 and here it is summer time of 2026. If it's not my truck it's my lawn gear if it's not my lawn gear it's my truck it's hard to catch a break in success these days or at least that's how it seems since 20/20 I've had my UPS and my Downs over the last 26 years sometimes the simplest of things can be the most detrimental. I'm definitely not a rich man when it comes to my lawn service I don't charge more than I think I should charge I do just enough to get by in life but this is where it gets you wondering what to pay on or not pay on never owned a credit card in my life never will have zero credit but that also gives me the financial freedom of my life if I can't afford it I don't need it that was something that was ingrained into me by my late grandparents but that also comes at a cost of its own when it comes time to fix a vehicle or lawn mower or w**d eater I live within my means I don't live a luxury life I live a meager life is the best way to describe it. So if you see me a little down and out I'm okay just struggling.

Sunday funday, Spent just shy of 4 hours working on Debbie's hillside terrace. Moved things to open up the square footage of the property dragged 20 ft logs and stacked them. Simplified the brush piles and overall just cleaned up the property.

Got Richard all cleaned up this afternoon, I got a little behind on this one. Found a new friend while walking the yard before mowing. Definitely one of the larger garter snakes I have found. Just a hair under 3 ft long about the size of a golf ball around. Seems the city recently mowed the culvert behind this neighborhood.
