🚧 Progress Update – Ranch at Latitude 31 🚧

This build is full steam ahead.

✔️ Mechanical rough-ins — complete
✔️ Sheetrock — being hung
✔️ Exterior finishes — wrapping up

It’s always an exciting stage when the sheetrock starts going up and the home really begins to take shape from the inside out.

What’s next:
➡️ Exterior cleanup
➡️ Flat work getting poured
➡️ Landscaping install
➡️ Interior finishes starting to take shape
