We recently worked on a home where the fireplace was sitting directly on a 4-inch concrete slab with ZERO beam support underneath.

That’s a problem.

Parging Matters (And Why Your Foundation May Need It)

🏠 Load-Bearing Wall Removed — With some new flooring installed.

This wasn’t just a cosmetic wall.

It was structural.

We carefully removed the load-bearing wall, installed the proper beam support, and upgraded the framing with solid 4x4 posts (not 2x4s) to properly transfer the load.

Now the homeowner has:

Wall was down and severely cracking. With our hybrid pier system. We were able to get deeper pe*******on into the ground and provide a solid lift for the homeowners foundation and brick wall.

This customer had a broken pipe under the slab foundation. Which could lead to structural damage over time. Not only structural damage but could create mold and spread through the area. Potential health issues could arise as well.

We came in. Dug a tunnel, and had pipes replaced/rerouted. All in a timely manner. Not only did we save customer time but also helped save her some money as well vs going with a different company.

Another successful lift.
