🏠 BEFORE & AFTER — SLAB LIFT.

The slab had settled, leaving the brick and window reveal out of alignment. We lifted the slab back to the proper elevation, adding press piers and stabilizers. Bringing the brick and window opening back together.

We also repaired the face of the slab, which was heavily damaged, broken, and exposing rebar. We removed the deteriorated concrete and rebuilt the damaged area.

We recently worked on a home where the fireplace was sitting directly on a 4-inch concrete slab with ZERO beam support underneath.

That’s a problem.

Over time, all that weight in one concentrated area can lead to:
