Theory de-bunked! Timber harvesting during hunting season does NOT scare the deer off.. in this video I had started cutting a tree, ran out of gas and saw these buck coming towards me. Reach out to sell your trees! Walnut, poplar, and white oak are holding very strong!

Super happy with how this management cut is turning out so far… stay tuned to see more!

This type of management cut is perfect to set your wood lot up for a healthy forest, and another harvest in the next 10 years with a greater yield than the first cut! Hopefully in the next couple years there will be plenty of oak and poplar regeneration on this tract!
