Another stunning new home installation completed for Southern Ridge! 🏡✨ We kicked things off by planting beautiful Blue Atlas Cedars and Japanese Maples, then layered in a variety of ornamental grasses and shrubs to give these front flower beds a warm, welcoming look. To tie it all together, we topped it off with fresh black mulch wrapped all the way around the house. Finally, we prepped and laid 35 pallets of premium Meyer Zoysia sod—getting this lawn perfectly green and ready just in time for the first weekend of college football! 🏈🍻

Another project completed in Fairfield!

This customer wanted to turn an unused wooded area into a level, functional parking pad for their camper — and we made it happen!

For this project, we:
✅ Cleared the trees & brush
✅ Graded the lot for proper drainage
✅ Built a 6x6 wooden retaining wall
✅ Installed two 20-ft plastic culverts
✅ Added a #34 gravel base
✅ Finished it off with crush & run

The end result? A clean, level, and durable parking area that’s ready for their camper now.

A little pool landscaping for this repeat customer of ours! We did a river rock border and then added some Japanese maples, some shrubbery and then ran some sprinkler irrigation hose around all the shrubbery to make it easy to water all the plants and trees! We then topped it off with some beautiful pond pebbles! Once grading and building around the rest of the property is complete customer wants to add some beautiful sod to really make this pool summer ready!

🏡 Another one in the books!

We recently put the finishing touches on another beautiful home for Southern Ridge Home & Developmentt, and we’re thankful for the continued trust in our team.

This project included:
✔️ Final grading
✔️ Hydroseed installation
✔️ Fresh landscaping with stunning Japanese maples, shrubs, and ornamental grasses

Here’s a yard we did two weeks ago and man is the sod greening up good! 🤩 we installed shrubbery beds the length of the house and then graded and installed 10 pallets of Bermuda tiffway 419 sod to cap this beautiful yard off! We’re Growing!

We’re excited to announce that we’ve expanded with a 953 Loader, allowing us to take on even bigger projects! From large-scale land clearing to major grading jobs, we’re ready to help bring your vision to life.

This is a recent project we completed for one of our repeat customers in Carrollton. We graded and leveled a 100’ x 50’ pad for a new shop with a lean-to around the entire building. We also graded the remaining property for a parking area, driveway, and proper drainage.

We finished grading and installing 25 pallets of beautiful Meyer Zoysia at Highway 5 Animal Hospital. A huge thank you to Dr. K for trusting us with this project. We truly appreciate the opportunity and are proud of how it turned out!
