New project. New opportunity for Epperson. Diaz Fritz Group is underway with the ground-up construction of two retail shell buildings at Epperson South Town Center East in Wesley Chapel.

Each 9,125-square-foot building is designed to accommodate six future tenant spaces, with the project including exterior finishes, MEP and fire protection infrastructure, site utilities, paving, and landscaping.

Being delivered as cold shells, the buildings will provide flexible spaces ready for future tenant build-outs. We’re proud to be part of the continued growth of this rapidly developing area of Pasco County.

This 28,000-square-foot facility will support everyday use and long-term community resilience, expanding recreational opportunities for the community while also serving as a hurricane-resistant emergency shelter.

For more than 40 years, Diaz Fritz Group has delivered municipal, recreational, and community-focused facilities that enhance the places people live, work, and gather.
