We’re incredibly honored to share that Bankowski Builders has been awarded 2025 Builder of the Year and 2025 Best Single-Family Home Under $475,000, presented by the HBA of Greater Toledo.

Huge thank you to our entire team, our subcontractors, suppliers, partners, and everyone who shows up every day to make these homes what they are. Your craftsmanship and dedication are the backbone of everything we build.

And of course, thank you to our clients and our community for the trust, support, and encouragement you’ve given us year after year. These awards are a direct reflection of all of you.

Here’s to another year of building homes we’re proud of and serving a community we love!

10/17/2025

Yesterday we had the opportunity to participate once again in the Build My Future event, hosted by the Home Builders Association of Greater Toledo. Over 600 students from across Southeast Michigan and Northwest Ohio came out to learn about careers in the building trades and get hands-on experience in the industry! 👷‍♂️🔨

With the ongoing shortage of skilled workers in construction, events like this are so important to spark interest and excitement among today’s youth.

Last year, our team worked alongside students to build a shed from the ground up. This year, we brought that same shed back and taught them how to install vinyl siding — giving them a chance to side the entire structure themselves! The students did an incredible job, and it was awesome to see their enthusiasm and pride in their work. 🙌

A huge thank you to the HBA of Greater Toledo and all the volunteers, schools, and sponsors who make this event possible. We’re proud to help inspire the next generation of builders!
