We were recently featured in an article in "The Independent"
The Litchfield Park City Council approved $180,370 for exterior restoration of two historic founder’s cottages at La Loma Park as part of a broader effort to revitalize the former winter retreat of Goodyear executive Paul W. Litchfield.
We were recommended to complete the exterior upgrades due to our current onsite presence and familiarity with the property. The project is intended to improve the cottages’ appearance ahead of nearby developments, including the new Litchfield Park Library and Hilltop School for the Arts.
