We recently completed a full tenant improvement for Vecina PHX's new location at McCormick Ranch — it is the second restaurant location for James and Raenee Fox, nearly three times the size of their original Arcadia flagship.

The 5,498-square-foot buildout transformed the existing restaurant space into Vecina's next chapter: a new bar, custom staircase, hung ceilings, fully visible glass-enclosed w**e room, reimagined mezzanine with private dining space built for group bookings and buyouts, and an indoor-outdoor flow opening onto a resort-style patio overlooking the lake.

The 17,667-square-foot facility will include administrative and visitor space up front, with a warehouse featuring dock doors and grade-level overhead doors, all set behind a 6-foot screen wall and gate.
