JFN Mechanical's new headquarters in Goodyear is nearing the finish line. The custom covered parking structures are going in, landscaping and paving are complete, and inside, the two-story office and sheet metal fabrication warehouse are taking their final shape.

This 75,000-square-foot ground-up design-build project will give the plumbing and mechanical contractor a home base for both administrative and production functions under one roof.

Progress continues on AF Steel Fabricators' new production facility in Chandler.

This 65,273-square-foot steel-framed building includes an open fabrication area and office space. Once operational, the fabrication floor will house industrial equipment to cut, bend, drill, and weld plate steel, tubing, and wide fl**ge beams, with finished components moving to an existing facility for final assembly.
