This project wasn’t without its challenges. Delayed funding pushed our start date back, which dropped us right into the middle of monsoon season during some of the most critical stages of construction. We even had a microburst roll through the day before our strap and shear inspection.
Like every major remodel and addition, there were obstacles we couldn’t control. What we could control was how we responded to them.
Through planning, persistence, and a commitment to quality, we navigated every hurdle and delivered a finished product we’re incredibly proud of.
3,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, featuring raised 10-foot ceilings throughout, an expanded kitchen, guest suite, enlarged primary suite, game room, fitness room, and third-car garage addition.
Projects like this are a reminder that great results aren’t achieved because everything goes according to plan - they happen because the team adapts when it doesn’t.
