Semi commercial equipment set. We helped fine tune the plumbing plans and then executed the final equipment set on this semi commercial pool pavilion. One thing that made this room different was having to stack the heaters over the filters due to lack of space. We constructed this racking from stainless steel unistrut and secured the heaters overhead before installing all the plumbing manifolds. www.jmaxplumbing.com

Rough-in on this custom for E&S Builders. This project consisted of a Pool & Spa with Negative Edge. We plumbed for the PUL in-floor system complete with PUL drains and returns, as well as the spa system for therapies and the overflow system for the negative edge. Plumbing saw size upgrades to compensate for the long runs to the equipment area on this sprawling Paradise Valley lot.

Rough in complete for this Berghoff Design Group project in Paradise Valley. This project features a perimeter overflow pool and spa combo with the addition of a separate spa off the master suite. We plumbed for the Paramount infloor system and it was paired with the linear PUL sump drains for debris removal. The overflow system is handled by dual pumps with PUL drains and PUL returns. The reason we like the PUL returns so much is they disappear into the surface and give us great return flow with little turbulence which is what we want on a perimeter overflow pool.

A room divided. This was the final equipment set on this semi commercial pool and spa for California Pools & Landscape a Cody Pools company The close side of the room was the spa equipment with twin Pentair 140C sand filters, Intelliflo 3 pump and a single Mastertemp heater. The far side was the pool equipment with triple Pentair TR140C3 filters, a 7.5HP Pentair EQ Series pump and triple, parallel plumbed Mastertemp heaters. We also set the (2) booster pumps one of which drives the bubblers in the zero entry in the pool and the other powers the spa therapies. www.jmaxplumbing.com

Final eq set on this semi commercial pool for California Pools & Landscape a Cody Pools company This was a 235,000 gallon community center pool at the Radiance At Superstition Vistas community. Some highlights from the equipment room were Dual horizontal and stacked Pentair Stark sand filters, Pentair CS400 backwash controller with CS400-DP differential pressure switch, external pressure booster with expansion tank, 30HP Pentair Aurora pump with Pentair strainer and Dual 2 mil btu Raypak MVB heaters. Plumbing sizes from 2” all the way up to 8” in SCH40 and CPVC. We also installed the Vivo Aquatic Group chemical management system with the feeds to and from the chemical isolation rooms. Tons going on here and nice to see a commercial spec pad paired with this huge pool.

Remodel job for C&E Builders. This is a pool in Scottsdale where we plumbed for a new 360 spill spa being added to the pool and of course we tuned up the pool’s mechanics. Crazy thing we found here was someone used an A&A deck chlor as a water leveler previously! We swapped that out and dialed it in complete with PUL drains in both pool and spa.

New infloor pool rough in done for our friends at Legacy Pools. This is a backyard residential in Scottsdale with an infloor system from Paramount and a bank of waterfeatures on the backside. Also got the heater in for whenever the temps drop below 100 out here in the desert!
