We are looking for Test & Balance Technicians and Engineers to join our team!
Arizona Air Balance is an independent specialty service company providing many aspects of HVAC test and balance such as: sound testing, performance survey & monitoring, smoke control inspections, duct leakage and building envelope testing.
Job Description:
•Inspect, test and balance mechanical HVAC systems and control systems.
•Analyze and perform calculations of the test data and system parameters.
•Optimize mechanical and control system settings .
•Advise contractors how to rectify imperfections or imbalances in HVAC systems.
•Flexibility for occasional night, weekend or out-of-town projects.
•Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
•Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
•Previous experience in Air Balance, HVAC or other related fields.
•Familiarity with calibration equipment and indoor air quality.
•Ability to handle physical workload.
•Dependable transportation to various project sites in the Phoenix area.
•Must be able to pass drug & background checks.
Compensation:
•36,000 to 80,000 per year, DOE.
•EPTO.
•Paid sick time.
•OT after 8, DT after 10
•Quarterly profit sharing bonus.
