This October, Caliente Construction is bringing a little pink to our offices and jobsites in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. From wearing pink to sharing bracelets with our team and partners, we’re finding meaningful ways to keep awareness front of mind.

We’re also making a donation to the American Breast Cancer Foundation, which helps remove financial barriers to breast cancer screening and diagnostic testing while providing educational resources and connections to additional support.

Thank you to all of those who participated and helped spread awareness. We’re proud to see everyone come together as one team to make a difference for a cause that impacts so many individuals and families.

Caliente Construction was proud to join the City of Tempe Government and the community for the grand reopening of Kiwanis Park North, celebrating the transformation of this well-loved neighborhood park.

The project included a complete renovation and expansion of the existing playground, featuring all-new equipment and accessible rubber surfacing, along with new shade structures, trees and landscaping, irrigation upgrades, and improved accessible parking and ramp access. A new large group ramada and restroom and concession building add even more opportunities for the community to gather, play and enjoy the park. One of the park’s new highlights is a climbable public art sculpture by artist Bobby Zokaites, adding a unique creative element to the space.

It was wonderful to see the improvements come to life during the grand reopening and, most importantly, see families and community members enjoying the new amenities. We’re proud of our team’s work on this project and grateful for the opportunity to help create a refreshed, accessible space for the Tempe community to enjoy for years to come!

This September, Caliente Construction is proud to support National Su***de Prevention Month and Construction Su***de Prevention Week.

This week, our team showed their support across our offices and job sites by wearing teal and purple, displaying awareness pins and wristbands, and helping start conversations about an issue that impacts our industry and our communities. We also shared pins and wristbands with our trade partners, extending the message across the projects where we work side by side every day. Along with raising awareness, our team helped raise funds that will be donated to local organizations providing su***de prevention resources and support services to those in need.

For us, supporting our team means making space for conversations that matter. A simple check-in, asking how someone is doing, or letting someone know you’re there can make a difference. We’re proud to stand with our employees, trade partners, and industry in reminding one another to look out for each other, both on and off the job.

Our 11th Annual Camp Caliente brought our team together for another memorable weekend in the great outdoors!

Each year, Camp Caliente gives our team a chance to step away from the day-to-day and spend time together outside of work. This year brought plenty of fun around the campsite, from our Best Campsite competition and Co****le Tournament to evenings around the fire with plenty of s’mores, morning hikes, and a pancake breakfast.

More than a weekend tradition, Camp Caliente is a reflection of the culture we continue to build together: one rooted in relationships, teamwork, and making time for our people.

Here’s to another great Camp Caliente and the people who make it special!

Today, we pause to remember September 11, 2001.

We honor the lives lost, the bravery of the first responders who answered the call, and the families, friends, and communities who continue to carry the memories of that day.

Twenty-five years later, we reflect on the resilience, unity, and strength that emerged in its aftermath and remember all those impacted.

We will never forget.

Take a look at BURN Total Body Conditioning- A Lagree Studio’s newest center in Tempe!

Caliente Construction’s Self Perform Division recently completed the 1,600-square-foot studio, creating a bright, clean space designed to support BURN Lagree’s high-energy workouts. The project included updates throughout the studio, from flooring, ceilings, and lighting to restroom and storage areas, along with the finishing touches that brought the space together.

As a company that places a strong emphasis on health and wellness, it’s especially rewarding to see a project like this come to life. We know firsthand the value of creating spaces that encourage people to move, connect, and prioritize their well-being.

We loved watching this space transform and are proud to have been part of bringing BURN Lagree’s newest studio to life!
