This is a home remodel/addition project we are the general contractor on in Tempe. This is going from a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom to a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom, major value adds! We’ve been noticing something lately at CMP General Contracting — many of the projects coming our way are “rescue missions.”

We just uncovered the before photos from this kitchen remodel CMP General Contracting completed last year — and it’s hard to believe it’s the same home.

What was once a closed-off, dated layout is now a bright, modern kitchen with upgraded cabinetry, new flooring, improved lighting, an oversized island, and a completely reimagined open-concept design. Every detail was planned to improve both functionality and flow for the homeowners.
