We are currently converting a patio to living space at this 1959 home. Working on these older homes makes me feel like Bob Vila in the 80s. This isn’t just a house, this is a story that I get to contribute to.
In the second photo, I marked up a blue line where walls used to be. This was a laundry room and outdoor storage.
We plan to create a closet for a stacked washer and dryer and the gas water heater. The room will also function as a lounge and exercise room.
Cabinets are also on order to redo the kitchen, and many other plans inside are about to be underway.
We are really looking forward to bringing this one to life.
