We did this project in time record… we were supposed to have 8 weeks to do it and ended up doing it in 5 1/2 weeks, 6,600 sqft of glue down hardwood floor with 1100 lft of baseboard and three sets of stairs… I am not gonna lie, it was a challenge but we did deliver and the result was amazing, we will never cut corners to make things easier for us just because we are on a deadline, I want to give credit to Natalie Markarian for trusting this project to us and personally taking care of all the communications between the designer, the contractor and the homeowner, she made everything easier for everyone!

Ready to start a new project today, 1300 sqft of engineered European Oak from Lauzon Collection will be installed in this home. Subfloor has been leveled and RollCote has been applied as a moisture barrier.

We successfully completed the installation of 1500 sqft of LVP in a straight lay and 800 sqft in a herringbone pattern, enhancing a residence in Riverside Ca, an area affected by recent wildfires.
Lvp has become so popular by its advantages, besides being waterproof it is very resistant to scratches and dents, it can also be installed on kitchens and bathrooms, if you are looking for a “worry free” flooring, this might be a great option for your home.

Proud of the work we did on this beautiful home in Los Angeles area, the variations on color and grain of the Hickory wood provides an amazing contrast and a modern look to the conservative layout of this beautiful home.
We had the opportunity to work along with KP Custom Finishes who fabricated all custom curved mouldings and supplied all materials.
