“Stacking chips” Happy birthday to my family, friends and society. Through God, Alcoholics Anonymous and Danielles support, love and kindness we can all celebrate. The menace to society has found another solution and anyone else has the opportunity to as well. Addiction is REAL and deadly. I am honored and grateful today that I have real friends and a family that is in repair and we’re kind and loving to one another. Recovery affects everyone and is Gods gift. I am living proof that through hard work, honesty and doing my best to live in Gods will everyday that “we do recover”.

We had a minor change to our ADU (accessory dwelling unit) HVAC system. Location for mini-splits were not to code even though the city approved the plans and location. We do our due diligence and code check prior to every process and inspection and caught this before it was too late. This would have been a nightmare if walls were stuccoed and drywalled.

ADU (accessory dwelling unit) project coming along very nicely. Roof loaded, paper and lath starting, straight edge and final MEP pickup going. Getting our combo inspection next week and start insulating. Client is very happy and we’re now right on schedule.
