Another structural repair in progress 🔨

Our team replaced a 26’ glue lam beam that recedes into the stucco and ties into the secondary beam for framing purposes. Completing this repair created the necessary space for a hanger to properly support an additional perpendicular header.

After the beam replacement, the joists and blocking are also replaced to restore structural integrity throughout the area. The final steps include detailed caulking where needed and a fresh coat of primer to fully seal and protect the repair.
