There are many methods to doing just about anything in construction. This is the way I like to prep everything prior to placing concrete. Although this concrete driveway will be 6 in thick and I will pour 5000 PSI concrete mixture, I still want the ground as compacted as possible with proper base material prior to placing structural steel.

This is why the cost to build in California far exceeds most states in the United States. Rules and regulations in regard to run off are very very strict and monitored by the state. It's just part of doing business in California.

I love having JC out on the job. I have known him for many decades. He does outstanding work and doesn't even mind when I give him a hard time!

We have about 1,000 ft of curb that needs to be poured on this job so it is important that everything goes as per plan. I have a specific design that I want to stay with and I have Dominic in charge of making sure that that happens.

It was great visiting with the reps from Sculptform it was very nice of them to come out to see the project as we are very happy with their product.
