50 year old Chinese elm tree rescue mission. It has a split trunk right down the middle so we took off the weight cable and braced the tree in hopes it will mend itself together.

1) The first position available is for somebody that has experience in the tree trimming industry someone who knows how to use a saw somebody who knows how to use a chipper somebody who knows the basics of tree work. want to be able to send you out on a job trust you know what you're doing. there's no reason to lie 2 me because I will be going out with you a couple days seeing how you work. If you don't know a lot that's fine I could teach you but if you know something that's a big help and a great start. your own equipment is a major plus it's not going to keep you from getting the job but if you have your own stuff it definitely will help you.the pay for this job will be good it will be based on your experience your tools and how much work you can get done in a day you'll get a percentage of the job you're on plus a good hourly wage please call me to discuss further please like I said if you don't know don't try to make stuff up just let me know you don't know but you want to learn I'll respect that and it will get you a lot farther with me, honesty & integrity is a must to work with my company ..

2) the second position is for somebody who can work quick on their feet as I'm cutting branches you're grabbing limbs and stacking them in the trailer or preparing them to be chipped later in the day. you don't need your own tools you just need to have a great work ethic. Is very hard work right now I'm working 6 days a week Sundays off. Once I'm done cutting I come down and help you drag get the job done get out of there while I'm cleaning up blowing your strapping the trailer down so on so forth that's how it goes but I'm not doing you're doing and taking care of so that I'm not at a job two or three hours longer you're making sure the stuff is done and ready to go. No one is getting in that truck until I get in that truck. I'm not an a****** boss I'm very fair I'll never put you down I'll only tell you things one way and that's the right way to do it to keep you safe number 2 to show you the proper procedure so you can move your way up and start working with the saw and learn to cut if that's what you desire. this position pays 120 to 140 a day and that's a 8 to 10 hour day. If it's got to be a 12-hour day to get it done we're staying in getting it done.
