Construction doesn’t always move in a straight line and that’s a good thing.

This project was scheduled to move into the MEP phase (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing), but after reviewing the framing, we identified changes that needed to be made first.

Rather than pushing forward and creating bigger issues later, we hit pause, completed the framing adjustments, and made sure everything was ready before the next trade stepped in.

Sometimes the best progress comes from taking the time to get it right. It’s all part of building a home with quality, precision, and attention to detail.
