We had to remove 12 sheets of metal because they were all wrong around vents and in the valley. Then we had to remove all the ridge vent and install closures. We put on extra wide ridge cap because every sheet of metal was short and only under the existing cap about an inch. Last of all we had to add a lot of screw lines because they were spaced about 5 feet apart. Oh well costumer can stay dry now.

Took off the old metal roof to find this mess!! Oh well all fixed now without rotten holes. A nice new pro rib black metal roof, with new square vents and rubber boots. that will last for years to come. Just an FYI I did not build the porch on the front. I just did the roof.

This isn't work related but I thought i would share anyways!! I have missed a few calls and might have went a couple days behind but its always important to make time for the family. It was a much needed break. I am back in town and back to work so if you couldn't reach me you can now.

Took off the metal roof. Then removed shingles and felt paper. Fixed a couple bad spots of sheathing. Installed ice&water in the valleys, synthetic underlayment, starter strips, duration shingles, and hip n ridge. Re-flashed the chimney.

Lots of bad wood on this one!! Tore off, fixed the bad sheathing, ice&water in the valleys, synthetic underlayment, starter strip, duration shingles, and hip n ridge cap. Also had to redo the chimney flashing

The ridge cap on this place was completely worn out. Starting to cause minor issues. We were able to just put new ridge cap on it while the owner prepares to replace the roof in the near future.

Black guttering is becoming popular. Gives a good look to the garage!!

Hottest week of the year project. Tore off all the old brittle siding. Installed an underlayment. Installed New Double 4 Dutchlap siding with a nice scallop decor for the front peaks and dormer.

Another one done. Tore off the old roofing and felt. Fixed the bad sheathing, installed ice/water barrier, new drop edge, synthetic underlayment, starter strips, duration shingles, ridge vent, and hip n ridge capping. Re worked what was needed on the chimneys.
