I’m happy to come out and give you a free estimate in person. I no longer provide quotes online or over the phone — over time I’ve found that some newer companies use those numbers to figure out how to price their own jobs. With the rise in scams and fraudulent activity, I’ve made it a policy to do all estimates on-site only to protect both myself and my customers.

📍 Why in-person?
Every job is different. Sometimes the existing base can’t be reused, and I may need to start from scratch — but I can’t determine that without seeing the site in person.

📅 When I schedule estimates:
I typically book them on Saturday mornings, weekday afternoons, or rainy days when I’m not on active jobs.

📞 To schedule an estimate:
Call 423-869-7330 and leave a voicemail with your name, number, and address. I’m often on job sites and may not be able to take notes if I answer. If that happens, I may ask you to hang up and leave a message — I’ll return your call as soon as possible to schedule a time.
