We are offering a lifetime sealer for any Concrete work done in November and December. 25% for a seal job. Why should you seal your concrete besides the obvious, no stains. Well there is a huge plus, In utah it freezes and thaws 2 times a day for an average of 85 days. What happens when concrete goes from a liquid to a solid is the water bleeds out of the concrete. It creates microscopic channels call bleed water channels (bwc). Which then when water gets in there it freezes and expands( concretes nemesis).If you use a penetrating sealer, the sealer will fill in those channels. Which then no spaulding or cracing will occur
