Ok, I don’t know if I can adequately stress this enough with only words on a post, but we have had the pleasure of working with and around Suzannah Parrish and her unbelievably amazing team at Blue Arrow Property Management. I have been in the trade for almost 17 years and I can honestly say that they are a rarity on many levels and are some of the most amazing people to work for. If you know someone who you think would fit this position as requested do not hesitate to send them this post, my contact info, and/or Blue Arrow’s number. I hate to reiterate this point , but there aren’t many companies in this world that operate and care for one another the way that they do and you will gain a multitude of different skills working with Blue Arrow.

We are continuing to grow and looking for more handyman! We are looking for both independent handyman (Must have insurance) and a staff handyman (Light work). If you know of anyone interested in more work or a full time position, please have them send us a message to discuss more details. Thanks!!

I think most of my friends and family know by now that I’m a DIY type of person. More so when I don’t want to shell out money for something that I think I could make for far less.
My amazing bride hates to sit on a chilly toilet seat and uses a space heater pointed at the pot to warm it up when she can. To save money on energy consumption, we decided a low volt heated seat would be ideal, but $200-$300 for one inspired me to build this janky prototype of one that could be improved upon. Not including the seat , it cost roughly $30 and also comes with a fused potentiometer for voltage regulation to adjust the amount of heat on your tuchus. It may not be pretty, but it definitely preforms :):)
P.S. to my electrician brothers/sisters. Don’t worry it’s GFCI/AFCI protected and Fused at the circuit board for redundant protection 🙂

We would like to start by saying that we cannot express the extent of our gratitude for our customers adequately and how much we truly appreciate the work we have been able to do. This coming month Sarah and I will both be taking a step away from the office and will return to full operation on June 1st 2023. Sarah will be having an operation that requires assistance during her time of healing. We apologize if this causes any inconveniences, and we will try our absolute best to assist existing and/or new customers in finding a trustworthy company during our absence.
Any existing customers who are waiting for inspections on their job, these will still be completed with no delay. Also, for any existing and/or new customers who encounter an emergency during this time do not hesitate to call or text Sarah and I so that we can either assist in mitigating the emergency or help to find a company that can. Scheduling will still be handled as usual and we both already look forward to getting back to you!!
Again , both Sarah and I are very sorry for this absence and we hope you can understand our decision in doing so, but please know that our customers mean the world to us and we dislike having to step away very much. Thank you for everything.

Good Afternoon,
I want to first apologize for posting this in an untimely fashion. We are dedicated to being upfront and open with all of our customers and we believe that this is no exception.
Recently ( about 2 weeks ago) Sarah and I had finally come into direct contact with someone who had been exposed to COVID. Unfortunately we also became sick and tested positive for COVID. We have been quarantined at home since then and have only started to get back to work within the last couple days after testing negative. As much as I want to be back fully I have had to learn the hard way that my post COVID symptoms are going to take some time to overcome. Sarah and I care deeply for everyone we get the pleasure to work with and pray that you are able to understand and bare with us both through this tough process. We will continue to slowly get back to normal and will not hesitate to find a company for our customers who are unable to wait during this time. We understand completely and truly only want to do what is best for each individual customer.
We thank you for your understanding, and hope to be back to 100% ASAP. Sarah and I look forward to working with you through this New Year!

Working on some led cabinet lights for one of our favorite customers. We have had very little misfortune when it comes to “difficult customers” , and there are quite a few that we truly look forward to showing up and working hard for. I hope that our customers enjoy our presence as much as we enjoy theirs! Thank you for trusting and using our company over the years!
