Another big project underway here in North Carolina — turning raw land into usable property from start to finish.

This project started with our friends at Waste Wood Recycling, who came in first and handled the timber cutting so we could move in and take over the next phase of development. Working together like this helps keep projects moving efficiently and gets better results for our customers.

Our crews are currently handling:

✅ 15–20 acres of land clearing & stump removal
✅ Final grading and site prep for future farmland
✅ Complete homesite excavation, crawl space cut, and footer work on a second job site at the same time
✅ Cleared an additional lot for another client

Today we’re out on the lake tackling a steep lot, clearing brush and low-hanging trees to allow access for a perc test for one of our colleagues.

Rain don’t care… but we do. 💪

Got a call from a customer whose garage was taking on water every time it poured. Settled fill had everything draining the wrong way—straight into the building.

We showed up, cut it right, and fixed the problem the way it should’ve been done the first time. Brought in fresh fill dirt, reworked the grade, and made sure that water’s headed away where it belongs.

While we were there, we tightened up the driveway with new stone and gave it a clean, solid finish.

No shortcuts. No band-aid fixes. Just solid work that lasts.

Out with the old and in with the new 💪

We recently removed an existing bridge that had been in place for years and replaced it with a durable 48” double-wall pipe installation. After setting the pipe, we brought in a couple loads of compactible fill to ensure a solid, long-lasting base.

The customer is taking care of the final cleanup himself—he enjoys getting outside and putting in some work on his days off, and we can definitely respect that.
