Precision in the plan, power in the ex*****on. 📐💪
We’ve officially broken ground and started demolition on Crucible Fit off Pelham Road. The first major challenge? Moving mountains of earth and massive sections of 8” thick concrete for the new plumbing installation.

As luxury builders, we know the finest finishes mean nothing without rock-solid infrastructure. We are translating this detailed floor plan into a state-of-the-art facility for the Greenville community.

Seeing a project go from lines on paper to trenches in the ground is one of the best parts of the job.

The wait is over. Welcome to the ultimate Greenville backyard. ☀️🍹
To make this space possible, we engineered 16-foot custom retaining walls, creating a private level oasis for:
• A resort-style pool and spa
• A custom putting green for afternoon practice
• An outdoor grill area with power screens for year- round comfort
• An outdoor fire pit

It was an honor to build this for a repeat client who has been incredible to work with. But as good as the outside looks, the indoor sauna and media room are the real hidden gems.

We just wrapped up this custom estate for a repeat client who has been an absolute joy to work with. While the architecture speaks for itself, the “toy box” is the real showstopper: 9 garages, including climate-controlled bays with dedicated exhaust fans for the ultimate collection.

But the backyard is where this house truly becomes a resort. We’ve tucked a custom pool, spa, and a private putting green behind those massive walls.
