Contractor Experience Update

I had an unfortunate experience with Blu Group Contractors on a recent project in North Carolina. There were issues with payments, incorrect material orders, and mismanagement that led to unnecessary complications. Despite the contract allowing me to seek another contractor if needed, I was still expected to move forward without proper compensation.

Additionally, I was asked to provide consultation on the project due to a lack of experienced management. I have documented communications regarding materials and agreements, including confirmation from the lumber company.

Sharing this to inform others—always ensure contracts are followed and expectations are clear before engaging in any work.
