Fungus control is important for your lawns health, I spray a fungicide on my lawn in June and July to prevent fungus.

These are some examples of lawn fungus, it can make your lawn brown and look like it needs watered but it’s actually the opposite!

Installed a beautiful garden bed! 🌷

Client had a blank slate and wanted a straightforward landscape to accent their home. We installed aluminum edging, cedar mulch and beautiful hostas, daylillys, sage and globe arborvitae’s. This will fill in nicely with time and be a beautiful garden for our client!

We have been seeing this with a few of our clients lawns!

It’s a tough situation that we have been trying to combat by informing clients and sharpening our blades as frequently as possible! Wet spring, to hot dry summer is a recipe for fungus especially with the return of rain and humidity the past week.

☀️ That time of the Summer! Turn those sprinklers on!

Lawns thrive with 1.5-2 inches of water a week, if Mother Nature doesn’t provide that and you want to maintain a lush, green lawn now a the time to start watering.

💦 I recommend 2x per week, deep watering to get that 1.5-2 inch total.

If you can water in the morning that’s best, to make sure fungus doesn’t become a problem when nighttime watering leads to wet lawns into the nighttime.

We will be raising our lawn mower decks and edging every other week to help with lawn stress!
