Au Gres, MI

Recently completed this stamped concrete pad at St. Mark Catholic Church. This project took some vision from start to finish. We installed a 2’ retaining wall with 24” footings along with a slab-on-grade featuring a seamless slate stamped pattern. Just have to seal once weather cooperates! 

The upper pad will serve as the foundation for a statue of our Lord. We also constructed a lower pad that will include bench seating, along with a water feature centered near the wall.

The color combination really brought this project together, and as the layout began to take shape, the design almost started to resemble a chalice. We’re honored to have been a part of creating a space that will be enjoyed and appreciated for years to come.

3 different projects moving forward this past week.

Bay City, MI – Footings poured and ready for the next phase.

Williamsburg, MI – Two projects with footings completed and ready for inspection. Concrete pours are scheduled for next week.

Au Gres, MI – Finished up a stamped concrete pad that is ready for sealer. Now we’re just waiting on the weather to cooperate. This one will be in a separate post on our page as it deserves its own spotlight🫵🏼 when the sealing process is done we will add the updated photos.

It’s great to see progress being made across multiple job sites. We appreciate the continued support from our customers and look forward to sharing the finished results.

Two Cedar Lake projects came together nicely in Oscoda,MI!

We were able to get the retaining walls poured and complete the 8’ basement across the street. It was a great day of sunshine and pumping concrete last Thursday!

I was able to capture some drone photos during the cleanup process. Now we wait for waterproofing, plumbing, and backfill on the foundation. Once that’s complete, we’ll return to pour the two 4’ garage walls and finish the floors.

Another big step forward for these projects, and we’re looking forward to getting back out there soon!

Concrete season is officially in full force. Another hole ready in Williamsburg, MI along with a small garage floor poured up at Intermediate Lake, MI and a shed pad in Oscoda, MI.

We now have 5 total foundations going in across 4 different locations with holes dug everywhere:

• Oscoda, MI
• Traverse City, MI
• Bay City, MI
• Sand Lake, MI

Grateful for the continued support and the opportunity to stay busy across Michigan. Time to keep pushing and pouring. We appreciate the Customers patience as the year is just now starting to really take off!

Next week’s lineup:
• Back to Traverse City starting another basement
• Returning to Oscoda to finish the walls from the footing pour this week
• Headed to Glennie for another driveway project

30’x40’ Floor went down yesterday up in Traverse City.

We’ve got a stacked schedule ahead this year and things are finally moving the way they should. Big shoutout to this weather finally turning around makes all the difference.

Spring & Summer 2026 are shaping up to be huge. Let’s get it!
