We protected the house and ground below with tarps , stripped off the old shingles. Fixed any rotten wood covered with ice&water barrier and roof paper installed new 40 year architectural roof shingles. In and out in a day. JP& SON’S

We took out the old railings and lattice , added framing below around posts to strengthen them up. Installed new framing around the skirt to except the horizontal PVC covering. Removed the bottom step deck boards and added in 2 posts to except railings for stairs and new railings all around with a nice little access gate for storage. It really brought this older deck back to life.

This 16x13 shed was deteriorating and sinking in the ground at one end. We jacked it up added new supports and leveled it. Framed in and installed 3 used windows the customer had. Installed new plywood, trim,siding , custom doors and a ramp , to give it 30 or 40 more years of life!! JP& SON’S

Took down the existing front stairs and landing. Installed a new one with all new framing decking and railings. The client didn’t want to picture frame the landing and stairs , so we just ran en straight. This was a nice 1 day transformation.

Centered,cut,leveled and installed this 3 piece cupola just waiting for the weathervane to come in.

Ripped up the old carpets and installed new Lvp flooring throughout the entire home transition strip free, all while occupied and fully furnished.
Clients are super happy with the results and so are we &SON’S

Added some framing and installed PVC bead boards around for a skirt to close it in. Nice 32 inch door for storage access also. & SON’S

Went to try to patch a small bathroom ceiling , come to find out there was a second layer of sheetrock added over the first, to hide the staining before 🙄 had to tear it all out full of mold , strapped the ceiling joist to bring it back down to height installed new green board and textured plaster. Leak on floor above has been address also JP& SON’S
